BarBelles Sessions

All sessions run for 45 minutes.
 
Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, with lower impact options provided during the session if required.

  • LEGS & BOOTY

    Targeting your glamour muscles, expect to push through the pain barrier in one intense session. Incorporating free weight and body weight exercises, this class is designed to build lean muscle that will help shape and tone your greatest assets.

  • TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

    A complete body workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups by combining upper and lower body weighted exercises. This class will help improve strength and coordination as well as sculpting your entire body.

  • H.I.I.T

    Get ready to work your whole body and mind, helping to burn fat in less time by keeping those heart rates up. Push your fitness to the next level with a mix of callisthenic cardio, strength and endurance training. With 12 gruelling stations, you will blast calories and burn stored body fat long after this workout.

** 10:00AM class caters for mums that have their babies with them. Anyone may attend these classes however, only ladies with an Active Mums Membership may utilise the child minding service.
